In present day unsure pandemic times, the thought of a consultation for a painful unknown abdominal problem was worrying to say the least. Mr Coombs immediately put me at ease by explaining the reason of the referral to his clinic, Many questions was asked and answered relating to my problem resulting in a further referral for an endoscopy. I was completely relaxed during my abdominal examination. both Mr Coombs and his assisting Nurse conducted the consultation with a most genuine and comfortable manner throughout.

I found Mr Coombs a very pleasant man and I fully trust his opinion on my treatment. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered his office and he frequently asked if I had any questions or worries about the information he was giving me.

Mammogram was first. I was able to view but no explanation of course. I personally like to see my ‘bits’. Then a consultation with Mr Coombs, along with a trainee and nurse. They viewed my scans. I already had a mastectomy in 2000 so I found it easy to speak about. Mr Coombs examined me as did his trainee with my permission. Mr Coombs explained everything to me. Mr Coombs and his staff were lovely. Thankfully nothing to worry about. All put my mind at rest. Great team of people. From check in to check out.
